One of our team members is a tea expert who has been sourcing tea directly from farms in China for over 25 years. He can buy quality tea without going through tea brokers, then another tea merchant, and then another retailer to overseas. This means our tea are much fresher, quality ensured and value-for-money.

We use the most secure and most widely used online-payment-provider PayPal. We want to bring you convenience and minimize your online payment risks.

For over 10 years, we often get together to enjoy various Chinese tea bought from different places in China. Therefore, we become such experts in Chinese tea that we can tell the difference from one another in-spite-of a small difference in aroma or fragrance. Our aim is to share good tea with friends worldwide who also want to enjoy quality Chinese tea at reasonable price.

If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the tea we supply to you, we will refund back 100% of your money. You simply return the tea in the same packing to us by registered airmail (just to make sure we receive it). The only two conditions are 1) the weight of the tea you return should not be less than 90% of the original weight, 2) returned products must be in the original packaging and materials.
