What should I expect after I've paid?
As soon as we are notified by PayPal (usually 24 hours) about your payment, you will receive an email confirmation from sales@rosechinesetea.com. Immediately we then process your order and shall ship your order in 1 working day (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Hong Kong). Once we have mailed your order, we shall send you another email advising you the expected date of arrival.
How do you ship my order?
We ship your ordered tea by registered
airmail through the Hong Kong Government
Post Office to 150+ countries, even if you
order in Hong Kong.
Why is our packing 250 gram?
After we have calculated the cost of shipment and estimated the consumption quantity of average tea lovers, we come out with this optimized package. This is why our price seems higher because the prices of other companies are usually of 120 gram of tea package.
May I pay in cash?
Yes, you may pay in cash by deposit the money to our bank account at Hang Seng Bank Limited in Hong Kong

and email your order tea type and mailing address with the copy of your deposit evidence to sales@rosechinesetea.com.
What Should I do if I do not receive my tea for over 3 weeks (for overseas customers)?
If your parcel takes longer than 3 weeks, we won't keep you waiting by sending you another same parcel.
Custom Clearance and Tax
You are responsible for the custom clearance and tax. In the United States, as far as we know tax don't normally apply to small packages bought for personal use. Most other countries do not have similar requirements. If you worry about the custom tax, we suggest you to make inquiry to your local post office before you place order.
