We appreciate it if you'd give us feedback on our samples you have tasted so that we can further improve on sourcing the tea you enjoy.
With much regret, we apologize to you that we might not be able to fulfil some of the sample requests for the last month Feb 2012 because 1) the unexpected enormous number of requests, 2) samples are of limited quantity, 3) our staffs might have overlooked some requests. If you find you still haven't received your request sample for a considerable time (average processing and mail leading time is 4 weeks). We appreciate you'd send us an email to sales#rosechinesetea.com (replace the # with @) and we shall resend samples to you.
